I was wrapping up my degree in economics and politics when I accidentally crashed into my real passion: advertising. Blame it on a lockdown livestream that hooked me harder than any lecture ever could.

Since then, I’ve gone from watching the industry to being a One Show finalist. Quietly, though. I kept it all under wraps at uni. They wouldn’t get it. Honestly, they might’ve kicked me out for enjoying it too much.

 

Half Egyptian, half Turkish, and fluent in three languages, I see stories through a mix of cultures and corners of the world.

 

Outside the ad world, I’ve spent two years in banking and another collecting data on European basketball games, which means I can hold my own in rooms full of numbers and hot takes.
